About me
I am Laura Campschreur, a senior graphic designer from Utrecht.

In my 15-year career, during which I have operated my own design agency, Kwiek Ontwerp, and worked in various employed roles, I have gained extensive expertise. This includes brainstorming, conceptualizing and developing ideas, designing marketing materials, developing visual identities, and providing creative direction. I am adept at conceptual thinking and skilled at translating concepts into visual expressions. I enjoy establishing and maintaining connections with all stakeholders, both within and outside the team, necessary to achieve successful project outcomes.

At Tover, I was part of the marketing team and eventually grew into the role of lead graphic designer. I played a crucial role in the rebranding of Tover (formerly Active Cues). My involvement began with conceiving a fitting concept, designing a new logo, and then formulating and implementing branding guidelines across different departments and countries. I was responsible for the creative direction of photo and videography. Onboarding existing and new distribution partners was also part of my responsibilities, where I worked with great attention to detail, including mentoring a junior designer.

Tover was an environment that encouraged collaboration, resulting in a
close-knit team in which I thrived.

What am I good at
Collaboration, typography, graphic design, quickly mastering design tools, active listening, attention to detail, providing well-reasoned design advice, excellent developed social skills.
