The branding for Out of Office, a company specialized in organizing outdoor team days and training sessions that get everyone moving, was developed through a close collaboration with Rutger de Rijk, the owner of OoO.

I played a key role in shaping the brand strategy, including defining the company’s vision, mission, and core values. On the branding side, I designed the logo and developed the color palette, typography, photography style, and icon system, ensuring all visual elements were fully aligned with OoO’s identity and strategic direction.

I created a complete brand book and developed templates for invoices, pitch decks, and social media ads within the Canva environment, fully prepared for direct use by the client.

The look and feel of Out of Office Team Training strongly emphasize the outdoor experience. As part of the brand identity, I introduced handmade illustrations inspired by nature and the changing seasons. This visual style was carried through into the iconography, creating a cohesive and organic brand presence.
